KAT-TUN… DA!

Heya and welcome to Every Step, Overstep! This is a KAT-TUN fansite, which provides information on the group’s releases, dramas the members acted in, the lyrics to their songs, and more.

The site was previously called “SIGNAL” because we love the song, then renamed as “Six Loveable Idiots” to go with the new domain aisubeki-ahoNET (‘aisubeki aho’ means loveable idiot, which was what Yuichi was called on one of the Shounen Club episodes). It was meant to be a term of endearment, really. Now, there’s a third name change, using a line from the song “Going!”

We decided to change the layout and give a name change to the site! It’s now called “EVERY STEP, OVERSTEP!” taken from the song “Going!”.

1. KAT-TUN Concerts: Kame, Yuichi, Koki, Ueda, Taguchi will be going on tour from May to August. The first part is an arena tour in Japan, the second part will include Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome, as well as stops to Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan. Jin will not be with them, instead he’ll be continuing his solo concert in LA for 2 show dates. See Tour page for dates and locations. No, they are NOT splitting up. Me thinks they just love having drama in their group, cos they think they’ll be boring otherwise. 2. Koki will return as Ren (the super stylish fashion designer despite the traditional setting) in Hissatsu Shigotonin 2010, though it’ll only be a drama special and not a series. Drama SP page will be updated when I know the date and timing. 3. Kame and baseball again+ No more Cartoon KAT-TUN… ~~what do we do with no weekly dose of them???~~: Various baseball stuff I think. And him as sports caster (old news, I know). Details on Variety page. And unless you’ve been living in a well, Cartoon KAT-TUN has ended after 3 seasons.

KAT-TUN releases their 11th single “Love Yourself ~Kimi ga Kirai na Kimi ga Suki~” on 10 February 2010. This is the theme song for Kame’s drama “Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge”. There are 3 versions of the single, 2 with DVD because besides the PV and making of for the main single, there’s also one for “The D-MOTION” which was featured in a new CM just shown recently. And, solo songs from Kame and Jin in separate versions. And another extra song. XD;;;; Releases page updated.

2009 Dec 1
Updated drama and variety pages to reflect Kame’s new TBS drama in January and Yuichi’s appearance as part of the Galileo Team in a new TV Asahi variety show that started airing this month. Also, tour page updated to include Jin’s solo next year.
