R-ONE KAT-TUN #29 – 20061018
Opening
Ikumou za sagashitemasu (Looking for a hair restoration method), Ueda Tatsuya desu. Ya, Cabbage roll ga hontou umai yo ne (Cabbage rolls are really delicious!) Nakamaru Yuichi desu!
They spoke about Kame’s and Koki’s drama, Tatta Hitotsu no Koi. Yuichi said Koki is really omoshiroi (amusing). Tatchan: “Why?” Yuichi: “Cos he’s bald.” ^^;;
Then they talked a lot about the Hitokoi theme song (ie. Bokura no machi de, and how that it’s a big deal cos its written by Oda-san. Tat-chan said that this is his favourite song of the 3 songs. Yuichi then pretend he was going to play Bokura no machi de, but actually they played Real Face.
Futari de hanasou! Ge ge ge no ge! (Special)
Their “Special” this time basically means they’re going to try to read as many as they can. :)
Yuichi read the first mail from someone who hates to eat vegetables and wants to be able to get rid of this dislike. Yuichi asks what he thought. Tat-. Tat-chan: I love vegetables. Because they’re good for your health. Yuichi started talking about Peman and scent of vegetables… somehow they moved on to the topic of diets. Yuichi: “Lot of girls nowadays go on diets.” Tatchan: “Seems like primary school kids are also going on diets.” Yuichi: “Aho ka!” Both of them think diets aren’t very good, that people should eat, but exercise to keep fit.
Tat-chan read the next mail from someone who’s in high school, and got only 3 marks for a maths test. Yuichi: “Eh? 3 marks? How many marks is full marks??!” Tat-chan says should be 100, cos it’s high school. They discussed about how it was better for the listener to tell her parents herself instead of have them hear it from the teacher. Tat-chan then asks Yuichi what was the worse marks he ever got. Yuichi told him to ask him about his best score. In particular his best score in High school. Yuichi got very excited about it, so Tat-chan gave in and ask: “Ok, what is your best score?” Yuichi: “100 marks”. Tat-chan: “Woah. Sugoi. What subject?” Yuichi: “Something to do with electricity.”
Yuichi asks Tat-chan what was his best score. Tat-chan: “This was in primary school of course. In primary school I got 100 marks for everything.” Yuichi: “Wah!” Tat-chan: “This is real…… I also studied primary six coursework when I was in primary 3.” Yuichi: “When you were in Primary 3? Majide? Wah…. Na no ni.” Tat-chan: “What do you mean ‘Na no ni’?!”
Yuichi’s next mail was about someone who got called nicknames by others. Yuichi mentions that his father called him “Washi” before (eagle).
Next write-in asks if both of them have any nayamis (worries). And asks for Tat-chan to listen to Yuichi’s nayami’s and vice versa. Yuichi didn’t seem to have any worries, just something about his dog….After Yuichi related it to Tat-chan, Tat-chan said that was totally not a worry at all. If it was, it’s a shiawase no nayami (happy worry).
R-One Sengen
Pen name: “Happy Tat-chan”, a 12 year old who said she has 500 packets of tissue in her room.
Ending
Yuichi made fun of Ueda’s reading of their address. They said they’re going to start the “omoshiroi mail corner”. To which Tat-chan asks “You’ve been collating the mail right? You’re sure they’re funny?” Yuichi: “…. Omoshiroi”. Tat-chan doesn’t seem very convinced. ^^;;
