R-ONE KAT-TUN #36 – 20061206
Opening
Tat-chan: “Doumo, Ueda Tatsuya desu.” Yuichi: “Karubi (ie. type of meat part) ga daisuki na”
New single out, and they announced they would be appearing live on Rekomman before R-One. The R-One that follows would also be nama-hoso (ie. live).
Didn’t say much this opening. Yuichi just said that Tat-chan seems to be a bit different today. Then, Yuichi went “Hunter Chance!” (Not sure if I heard it correctly, cos eh, sometimes I think Yuichi’s English is harder to understand compared to his Japanese ^^;;)
Yuichi: “We already know what song we’re going to play right?
Tat-chan: “Signal desu ka?”
Yuichi: “Signa- of course not.”
Tat-chan: “Ja, Bokura no Machi de.”
Isshou ni hanasou! Ge ge ge no ge!
They introduced the segment saying that the topic seems to be about Renai (relationship). So they’re quite excited as usual. For some reason, I thought I heard Tat-chan call Yuichi ‘Nakamara’. Lol
The listener they called this time is a 16 year old. Her boyfriend tends to get jealous. In she past she was a fan of another celebrity, and he wasn’t very happy about it and told her to stop. So in the end she gave up being a fan of that celebrity. But now, she’s a big fan of Yuichi, and hasn’t told her boyfriend about it, so she’s wondering what to do.
Yuichi asked how long she’s with her boyfriend. She says the next day would be their 1 year 5 month anniversary. So it’s been quite a while they were together.
Tat-chan asked who was the previous celebrity she liked. Exile.
Basically her boyfriend didn’t like it when she seemed to prefer catching shows with exile instead of paying attention to him. So he feels like “Me and them, who do you like better?’
Yuichi was saying that it’s two different things.
Tat-chan says he can sorta understand why the boyfriend would feel that way. It’s like, which do you like better? Me or watching TV?
Then Tat-chan asked “So now, between Nakamaru and your boyfriend, who do you like better?”
Yuichi: “This I’m interested to know too!”
Listener: “Nakamaru ga suki desu.”
Tat-chan: “Hmm, if you say this, why don’t you just make Nakamaru your boyfriend.”
Anyway, their suggestion was to make her boyfriend like KAT-TUN too.
Yuichi: “When watching TV together, and KAT-TUN comes on, you could say something like ‘Do you know there’s a bouzu (bald guy) in KAT-TUN?’” ^^;;
Suggested they go to a concert together, so that they can have a shared experience.
Mail-One KAT-TUN
A letter was from someone who created lights like star constellations in her room to make it like a planetarium, and wanted to askYuichi (who likes the universe ^^) what he thought. Yuichi mention that he has something set up on his ceiling of his room too. Also mentioned about telescopes. He has 3. The 3rd kind he has is super high-tech. Seems that if you set the date and stuff, it will adjust to show you certain constellations automatically.
Yuichi: “But I’ve never used it. Don’t understand the instructions.”
Tat-chan (laughs): “You’ve not use it?”
Yuichi: “It’s all in English.” ^^;; XDXD
Another mail asked until what age the guys thought someone should believe in Santa. Tat-chan said he used to believe it, and both him and his sister wrote to Santa before. Yuichi says he believe in it when he was younger too, for quite a while, even when people in school didn’t believe in it, he still did.
Another mail was about giving up your seat to the elderly. Then Tat-chan said that even though you want to give up your seat, sometimes the other person may not want it or like it. He then mentioned this episode that Kouki had when the obaachan had quite a reaction when Kouki offered her his seat. ^^;;
Ending
Omake omoshiroi mail corner, a.k.a where Yuichi reads mails with funny content to try to make Tat-chan laugh. Tat-chan was very good today, and didn’t laugh at the mails, till the last one, where Tat-chan laughed at the pen-name of the person who wrote in. (Shama-san?)
