Sorry for the lack of updates! Been really busy.

Taguchi special guest star
Taguchi will guest star in episode 3 of the TBS drama, Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Koen-mae Hashutsujo (こちら葛飾区亀有公園前派出所), which stars SMAP’s Katori Shingo. The series itself begins airing on 1st August, while the specific episode will be on air on 15th August. Taguchi mentioned during concert MC that he’s some samurai spirit… I don’t exactly know lol. Watch it to find out! XD

New solos for Kame and Ueda in BtR Summer Tour
Kame’s solo is now a self-penned slow number. Towards the end of the Okinawa leg of the tour, I think in the last show, Ueda also changed his solo to one of the songs from his previous Mouse Peace solo tour.

Next up is the Miyagi/Sendai leg, from 31st July to 2nd August!

Yuichi will be in a special drama「母の贈物」(Haha no Okurimono) shown on TBS in Autumn 2009. It’s in celebration of some famous person’s 80th birthday I think.

**edit 31 July: The drama special will be shown on 14 September, from 21:00 ~ 22:54 on TBS.

So apparently, サプライズ (Surprise on 日本テレビ NTV) may be showing live footage from the 18 May concert, from 19:00～19:58. Either that or it’s just random KAT-TUN promo thing. I dunno.

[edit: 14 may] Confirmed!: And rumour for now: Kame guest starring in episode 3 of “Mr. Brain” (ie: Kimura Takuya’s drama, which also has Mizushima Hiro). Supposedly, he’s a doctor / was in a white coat according to fan reports. [edit: 14 may] News reports say he’s a young physician in a university hospital. The third episode will be shown on 6 June.

Koki’s in a drama again! Except, wait, it’s not really a new drama per se, but an existing one in which he’s going to join the cast.

The show? 必殺仕事人 2009 (Hissatsu Shigotonin 2009). It’s a TV Asahi super-long drama that’s on air on Friday’s at 9pm. Koki will be joining the drama from episode 13 onwards, which will air on 24th April. His character’s called 仕立て屋の匳(れん).

It also looks like he’s gone bald again (at least from what I saw on the website)! So apparently he’s been wearing a wig recently or something? *not sure cos too lazy to read the articles*

The album covers are out on J-One Records & Johnnys Net. Black. Again. How refreshing! XD Anyway, don’t forget that the album comes out on 29th April!

Edit @ 3.27PM: Apparently, (I could be wrong but) Koki also sews in the drama. How awesome is that? XD Koki + Sewing = FTW.

Finally, Tat-chan will be acting in a drama! He’s not the lead, but he’ll be acting as Nakai’s (SMAP) younger brother in the drama 婚カツ (Kon Katsu), which starts on 20th April.

XD Anyway, this only applies in Japan (so you can ignore this post now if you’re not in that country now…) and if you buy the single @ WAVE / HMV / TSUTAYA / etc etc *lazy to list out* on one of these 3 days, you’ll get a B2-size poster.

Speaking of “RESCUE“, episode 8 was aired last night, and the last episode will be next week! Drama aside, I can’t wait to see better footage of Yuichi talking to Tom Cruise. XDD

“One Drop” is officially released tomorrow! Go get it! Particularly the limited edition that includes the PV and the “making of” footage!

One Drop = Theme song for Kami no Shizuku = Release of Kami no Shizuku photobook on 5th March. It’s a 128-page photobook, B5-size. Expect pics of Kame, Kame and Kame… and occasionally his co-stars I guess. XP
