Before anyone goes berserk over the subject, I just want to say that I’m not 100% sure but even if it’s true, it’ll probably be very temporary, like less than 24 hours.

Basically, I’m guessing that there’s a possibility that Kame might pop by during 24 Hour Terebi this year, in which NEWS are the personalities. After all, back in 2006 when KAT-TUN were in charge, Yamapi did pop by and they did “Seishun Amigo” as well I think, if my memory serves me right.

On the main 24 hour Terebi website (www.ntv.co.jp/24h), I actually haven’t seen it being written anywhere. However, on NTV’s schedule (www.ntv.co.jp/count/program.html), if you click on 30/8 and you go to the details page of 24 Hour TV Part 7, you’ll see this:

Vague, no? But see, a couple of days after 24 Hour Terebi is over, there’ll be “Dream Boys” (again) in which Kame’s the lead (again) and Tegoshi is also starring in it. So it wouldn’t surprise me if Kame drops by to promote the musical, and then NTV milks the whole Shuji to Akira / Seishun Amigo thing all over again. XD

Guess we’ll only know on 30th August.

Belated post but…

1. Summer Tour 2009
It’ll be held in July and August, in smaller arenas, and not in Tokyo and Osaka since those places already had Dome concerts. See here for list of dates & venues.

2. Dream Boys 2009
Previously mentioned here, Kame will be acting in Dream Boys in September (Tokyo) and October (Osaka) together with Shibutani Subaru from Kanjani 8 and Tegoshi Yuya from NEWS.

Previously posted as a rumour, it’s now confirmed that KAT-TUN will be releasing the song for Yuichi’s drama, but the title is now “Rescue“. It is set to be released on 11 March 2009.

Like “One Drop” (to be released 11 February!), there are 3 versions again. Limited Edition = “Rescue” and 1 other Track + DVD (making of & the PV itself). Regular Edition = “Rescue” and 1 other track + karaoke versions of both songs. 1st Press Regular Edition = “Rescue” + TWO (2) other tracks.

Speaking of March, if you don’t already know (where have you been??), Ueda’s stage show “Romeo & Juliet” will be starting during that month as well, specifically on the 4th! It was previously mentioned here.

To end off, just a gentle reminder that Yuichi’s drama, “RESCUE~ Tokubetsu Koudo Kyuujotai” starts THIS SATURDAY in Japan!

Kame will be in Dream Boys again, and it’ll be in September. Not much details about it yet. Wonder if they’ll ever stop having Dream Boys or not… ^^;;

The only details given about the butai were that it would be staged in Tokyo Globe in March 2009, and サンケイホールブリーゼ (Sankei Hooru Buriize, Osaka) in April 2009. Guess there’ll be no KAT-TUN concert during those two months, eh?

PS: Don’t think there’s any official confirmation yet so this is more of a rumour.
PPS: I’m not sure how official this is, but it’s supposedly going to be “Romeo & Juliet” and there’s been show dates floating around, but am gonna wait for it to be posted on the official J-Net before updating the info pages. ^^;; the Stage page has been updated to reflect the dates. More detailed schedule can be found on J-Net.

New solo songs from Yuichi & Tatchan!
If you didn’t already know, Yuichi sang his new solo “Answer” during his stage show, “Nakamaru-kun no Tanoshii Jikan” that just ended its run on 2nd September. His birthday was on the 4th by the way!

As for Tatchan, well I’m not sure about the accuracy of this information at this point in time, but his new songs for his solo concert include “Teen’s”, “Time” and “Dictator”, just to name a few from the list I saw. His solo concert is called “Mouse Peace” by the way, a pun on “mouth piece”. :D

Kame wins Best Jeanist for the third time!
Can’t remember the exact figure, but I think he got more than 16,000 votes? If you haven’t seen Kame’s new look, better go look for screen caps and news clips right now. =)

To all Yuichi fans who will be in Tokyo between 10 – 24 August 2008, or in Osaka between 27 August – 2 September, do catch his solo stage event “中丸君の楽しい時間” (Nakamaru-kun no Tanoshii Jikan)!
