We decided to change the layout and give a name change to the site! It’s now called “EVERY STEP, OVERSTEP!” taken from the song “Going!”.

1. KAT-TUN Concerts: Kame, Yuichi, Koki, Ueda, Taguchi will be going on tour from May to August. The first part is an arena tour in Japan, the second part will include Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome, as well as stops to Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan. Jin will not be with them, instead he’ll be continuing his solo concert in LA for 2 show dates. See Tour page for dates and locations. No, they are NOT splitting up. Me thinks they just love having drama in their group, cos they think they’ll be boring otherwise. 2. Koki will return as Ren (the super stylish fashion designer despite the traditional setting) in Hissatsu Shigotonin 2010, though it’ll only be a drama special and not a series. Drama SP page will be updated when I know the date and timing. 3. Kame and baseball again+ No more Cartoon KAT-TUN… what do we do with no weekly dose of them???: Various baseball stuff I think. And him as sports caster (old news, I know). Details on Variety page. And unless you’ve been living in a well, Cartoon KAT-TUN has ended after 3 seasons.

Yuichi will be in a special drama「母の贈物」(Haha no Okurimono) shown on TBS in Autumn 2009. It’s in celebration of some famous person’s 80th birthday I think.

The album version of “White X’mas” has a rap written by Koki. @_@;; I wonder what the song will sound like. For the solos, only Kame & Yuichi didn’t write their own songs. Ueda, Koki & Junno actually wrote both the lyrics and music to theirs, which isn’t surprising for Ueda and Koki, but surprising for Junno I must say.

But the main point is: Do you see track 7? Finally, we’ll get Jin’s “Care” in CD QUALITY! *_* Of course it also means he was lazy and didn’t write any new songs. XD *gets kicked*

Although shouldn’t it be ‘days’ instead of ‘day’ since it’s 3 days? Ah, whatever. XD Anyway, this only applies in Japan (so you can ignore this post now if you’re not in that country now…) and if you buy the single @ WAVE / HMV / TSUTAYA / etc etc *lazy to list out* on one of these 3 days, you’ll get a B2-size poster.

Speaking of “RESCUE“, episode 8 was aired last night, and the last episode will be next week! Drama aside, I can’t wait to see better footage of Yuichi talking to Tom Cruise. XDD

Previously posted as a rumour, it’s now confirmed that KAT-TUN will be releasing the song for Yuichi’s drama, but the title is now “Rescue“. It is set to be released on 11 March 2009.

Like “One Drop” (to be released 11 February!), there are 3 versions again. Limited Edition = “Rescue” and 1 other Track + DVD (making of & the PV itself). Regular Edition = “Rescue” and 1 other track + karaoke versions of both songs. 1st Press Regular Edition = “Rescue” + TWO (2) other tracks.

Speaking of March, if you don’t already know (where have you been??), Ueda’s stage show “Romeo & Juliet” will be starting during that month as well, specifically on the 4th! It was previously mentioned here.

To end off, just a gentle reminder that Yuichi’s drama, “RESCUE~ Tokubetsu Koudo Kyuujotai” starts THIS SATURDAY in Japan!

So, it’s been confirmed that KAT-TUN will be singing the theme song for Yuichi’s drama “RESCUE”. Rumours are that the song title is “Tactics” and that the single will be released in early March. Better start saving up now! ^^;;
